At Grupo Crit we are looking for a trainer & quality for an important company in the advertising and marketing sector.
Job functions:
- Conduct audits and monitoring of agents for the corresponding market
- Detect training needs and areas of improvement for agents.
- Conduct personal feedback sessions with the agents, correcting deviations and improving overall performance
- Analysis of KPIs and corresponding reports
To attend to the quality objectives and to support the continuous training plan oriented to the defined objectives. You will also ensure that the training given to the agents solves the deficiencies detected by telephone audits, and that the employees are given the knowledge needed for the most effective performance of their functions. Other functions include carrying out initial training courses and developing training manuals.
