Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager for a company that manages hotels and restaurants in several European countries, to work in their office in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona.

WHAT WE OFFER

* Permanent contract
* Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexible hours
* Salary between €38,000 and €43,000 gross per year + 10% bonus



RESPONSIBILITIES

You will represent several establishments, including restaurants and hotels between Madrid and Barcelona, performing the following functions:

* Develop a social media strategy aligned with the business objectives of each establishment, ensuring consistency with the brand positioning.
* Increase the visibility of hotels and restaurants by effectively targeting local and international audiences.
* Create innovative and engaging content that highlights premium and lifestyle aspects.
* Manage the editorial strategy, developing content plans that resonate with target audiences.
* Generate high-quality photos and videos that align with the lifestyle image of the brands.
* Manage community interaction on social media and collaborate with local influencers.
* Cover key events, such as seminars or menu launches, to ensure a constant presence.
* Manage the media budget and conduct performance analysis on social media, providing regular reports to enhance impact.

* High level of English
* Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or similar
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
* Experience in social media on public platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and professional networks (LinkedIn)
* Knowledge in content design, editing, and analysis
* Availability to travel 1 or 2 times a month to Madrid
