Factory Director (International)

• Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the factory.


• Be in charge of overseas supply chain management to ensure the timely and effective execution of goods supply, procurement, inventory and transportation.


• Manage the overseas operation costs and provide effective operation cost control strategies to guarantee the profitability of the business.
  


• Be responsible for the transfer production and delivery of products from the headquarters to the local areas. Cooperate with the engineering and quality departments to manage the development of new models and conduct quality control.
  


• Understand the changes in customer needs, labour market, logistics, laws and other aspects so as to adjust strategies in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience.


• Overseas Factory Operation Capabilities: have relevant experience in various logistics elements of import and export such as overseas factory operation and customs affairs. Possess experience in operating factories in relevant countries like Germany and Spain.


• Project Management Capabilities: Have strong project management experience, including overseas project management experience.


• Conduct factory construction preparation, team building, and operation management for the factory in Spain.


• Experience in automotive sector is a plus.


• Experience in electronic manufacturing factories is a plus.


• Fluent in Spanish and English.
