OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laid-back luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections, and slow living at heart.

OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain, and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide over the next five years.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

* Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, adhering to OKU’s high standards.
* Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
* Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly arranged.
* Replenish guest amenities, including toiletries, coffee, and other supplies.
* Vacuum, dust, and mop floors, ensuring a spotless environment.
* Organize and tidy guest belongings, respecting their privacy.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, with a desire to represent the OKU philosophy in your work.
* Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
* Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move housekeeping supplies.
* Basic communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to understand and follow instructions.
* Fluency in English or Spanish is a plus.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

* Asegurar la limpieza y presentación impecables de las habitaciones de huéspedes, adhiriéndose a los altos estándares de OKU.
* Limpiar y desinfectar a fondo los baños, dormitorios y salas de estar.
* Cambiar la ropa de cama y las toallas, asegurando que estén frescas y bien dispuestas.
* Reponer los artículos de aseo para huéspedes, incluidos artículos de tocador, café y otros suministros.
* Aspirar, quitar el polvo y fregar los pisos, asegurando un ambiente impecable.
* Organizar y ordenar las pertenencias de los huéspedes, respetando su privacidad.
* Informar de cualquier problema de mantenimiento o daño al supervisor de limpieza.
* Mantener un carrito de limpieza y áreas de almacenamiento limpios y organizados.


REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A

* Pasión por la hospitalidad y un gran ojo para el detalle, con el deseo de representar la filosofía OKU en su trabajo.
* Experiencia previa en limpieza, preferiblemente en un hotel o resort.
* Fuerte atención al detalle y compromiso de mantener altos estándares de limpieza.
* Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente e independiente, así como en equipo.
* Buena resistencia física y capacidad para levantar y mover suministros de limpieza.
* Habilidades básicas de comunicación y una actitud positiva.
* Capacidad para comprender y seguir instrucciones.
* El dominio del inglés o español es un plus.
