- 100% remote|Freelance Contractor
Our client is a well-established French Tax and Legal Advisory with a large experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a solid business portfolio in Europe, Africa and Caribbean Area. They are recognized for their commitment to delivering top-tier services to their clients.
- Coordinating administrative tasks and assistance with documents managed in the office and point of contact with external providers.
- PO processing, budget tracking, invoicing and assisting in collection.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Analyze and create expense reports.
- Categorize records in the general ledger.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Help to perform month-end and year-end close processes
- A competitive salary of between 3.000 € monthly.

Requisitos mínimos
- A deep understanding of administrative and office tasks.
- 5 years of administrative and accountancy experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and oriented to get things done.
