You will be responsible for ensure:


  • Handles requests in the ticketing system at a specified time with great attention to
    details and the quality of performed tasks, especially requests connected with system
    set up, trainings, and issue resolution.
    • Supports internal clients in accordance with the procedures and good practices of the
    company in Procure to Pay area.
    • Collects feedback from users and proposes system improvements.
    • Cooperates daily with Accounting and IT Departments.

Requisitos mínimos

• Finance/economics/logistics related studies.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• High level of English & Spanish.
• 1 or 2 years of experience performing similar functions is valuable, especially in Sourcing, Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable area.
• Ability to work as part of an international team and high adaptability to change
