We are seeking a talented Creative Service Operation Coordinator to join our team at AWWG. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our facilities to support our employees and business operations.

AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan & Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.



The Project!


The main goal, is to develop Operational Excellence in the following areas: Vendor's network, Quality Control, Budget Allocation, Prototype curation, Logistics, Production, Shipment, Installation


What will the role entail?


  • Develop Processes and Ops guidelines for Pepejeans including and not exclusive to Windows, In-store & Events.

  • Work closely with new Pillars heads to bring Production and Processes in place in the smartest way in both cost and creativity POV.

  • Receive Briefs from the Creative Services team that can feed into the windows needs and be part of the developments for Retail and WH.

  • Check implementations across regions, and facilitate feedback.

  • Collaborate with Creative MKT to create synergies and produce Creative elements for the brands.

  • Implement Global vision in Showrooms and Events.

  • Work closely with MKT to bring the experiences in events to the brand to the highest level and execution.

  • Work with Commercial teams to understand and analyze budgets, implementations, and timings to make the execution flawless, elevated & on time.

  • Develop Props, POS communication holders, In-store journey moments, and any additional elements to enhance the environments that any consumer needs.

  • Work hand in hand with Sourcing & Buying teams to create an easy and effective work process to benefit the brands.

What we're looking for:


  • Education Level: Architectural / Interior and Industrial Design.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Languages: Spanish and English.

  • Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
