Requisitos mínimos
A successful Sales Director Iberia (H/M/D) should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience of more than 10 years leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the business services for FMCG companies, particularly in the Iberia region.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and business development.
- High level of English, Portuguese is a plus.
