Multinational agency
Previous experience in a media agency planning digital campaigns across various channels (display, online video, branded content, programmatic buying, etc.).
Management, optimization, and monitoring of the agency's advertiser campaigns.
Knowledge of paid search, paid social, and programmatic and their potential.
Staying up to date with developments and trends in the digital market.
Work under the supervision of the digital area director to set up campaigns and digital strategies, handling significant budgets for different verticals (automotive, telecommunications, consumer goods, fashion, pharmaceuticals, etc.).

50% remote work (1 week in the office and 1 week remote work) (It could be possible to only attend the office 1 week per month in Madrid).
Summer hours until 9/15: from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the rest of the year: from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
22 vacation days + additional days (a total of 27 days).

Requisitos mínimos
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of all digital disciplines: social media, search engines, programmatic, direct media buying, etc.
Experience in a multinational environment and with top-tier brands.
Knowledge and experience in the Portuguese market.
Proficiency in English, minimum level B2. Portuguese is a plus.
Strategic thinking and knowledge of market trends.
Preferably holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
