Talent Acquisition Internship - Part-Time (6h/day)

What will your functions be?

As an intern in the Recruitment and Selection area, you will play a crucial role in the full cycle of both national and international selection processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Support in the Full Cycle of Recruitment Processes: You will participate in posting job offers, reviewing resumes, actively searching for candidates (headhunting), conducting telephone, online and face-to-face interviews, as well as preparing reports related to the selection process.

Employer Branding: You will contribute to the promotion of Auxadi's employer brand and coordinate attendance at job fairs and forums, helping to strengthen our image as an attractive employer.

Additional Talent Management Support: You will collaborate in various tasks to support the Talent Management team, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the area in general.

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

• You are studying last year of Bacherlor’s Degree (Psychology, Business Administration or related) or finishing HR Masters.


• You have the possibility of signing an agreement with a university, school or study center.


• You are fluent in English.


• You are used to an international environment or would like to explore it.
