Enterprise Architecture Manager

Currently at SEAT we are looking for experienced Enterprise Architecture Manager.

Integrated in the IT Software Development department, the person will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Architecture team assuming the following responsibilities and tasks:

* Finding the best technological solutions to meet business needs through innovation, constant monitoring of emerging technologies, as well as the best practices defined in the Volkswagen Group.
* Lead the inventory of SEAT technological solutions and identify their lifecycle needs to reduce technical debt
* Promote profitable and agile provision of IT services through established and shared standards and principles
* Define roadmaps to guarantee that SEAT's technology solutions park is agile, simple, sustainable, maintainable, safe and profitable
* Lead the identification of duplicate, reusable and shareable services through the portfolio of cross-cutting initiatives and application rationalization plans
* Ensure that the new solutions created follow the guidelines of the enterprise architecture
* Lead the enterprise architecture team comprised of data architects, solution architects, infrastructure architects

* Technical Engineering/ Computer Science / Telecommunications Degree or similar will be valued.
* Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in:

- business architecture

- transformations of the enterprise architecture function in large organizations

* Deep knowledge of best practices, architectures and technologies in:

- Data analytics, big data,

- Cloud computing and strategic application cloudification roadmaps

- APIs, microservices and containerization platforms

- Agile and devOps frameworks

* Advanced English and Spanish level, German will be valued
