We are looking for an Airport Transfer Assistant to join our incoming agency in Fuerteventura to reinforce our team. Our airport team are the first face of our company, and they are key to ensure the best welcome experience to our clients.



Main responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and organize how the customers are welcomed at the airport upon arrival

  • Being in permanent contact with the transport company.

  • Report any changes/inconsistencies found to our main office.

  • Combine and uncombine flights to make services as efficient and fast as possible for customers.

  • Coordinate and assist transfers from the airport to the hotel, make sure our requirements as a company are fulfilled and report to the main office any changes that could improve the quality of our service.

  • Inform our clients regarding the situation of vehicles, as well as of any possible incidents that the buses may have on the way to the airport.

  • Be the liaison between drivers and the clients’ airport team.

  • Update the team so they can provide the customers with all the information they may need.




Requisitos mínimos
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position will be valued.

  • Advanced level of English is a must, other languages will be a plus.

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Good knowledge of the destination.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Flexible working schedule (nights and weekends)

  • Own vehicle is necessary.
