As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer routes in Gran Canaria, having a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents. The main responsibilities will be:

• Management and control of transfers in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
• Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
• Management of claims and incidents.
• Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
• Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in Tenerife.

As Booking agent, you will be responsible for the booking management, stop sales, allotment control and following up the booking in our destination.
