AREA MANAGER - UNITED KINGDOM

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an Area Manager to oversee our operations in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the UK.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.


• Identify new business opportunities and provide market insights to the management team.


• Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the UK.


• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, and logistics) to ensure product delivery meets customer expectations.


• Travel to the UK for client meetings, trade shows, and market research (30-40% of the time).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical or industrial sector.


• Proven track record of sales and business development success in the UK market.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Fluency in English (C1 or higher); additional languages will be a plus.


• Availability to travel internationally (30-40% of the time).


• Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining alignment with company goals.
