The selected person will be managing and supporting local systems, as well as coordinating global systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimization of technological processes.

What will I do? These will be your main functions:

• You will be the System Owner (Support and license responsible, Functional Processes expert, demand management), implementing and managing Operations and Lab information systems to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.


• You will optimize workflows by integrating Operations machinery and Lab instruments with IT systems, reducing manual processes and errors.


• You will ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards for data storage, retrieval, and analysis.


• You will provide technical support to laboratory staff, addressing issues related to software and instrument interfaces.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value.


• You will identify areas of improvement and increase efficiency of implemented processes, and determine project requirements by extracting them from business through interaction and research.


• You will translate business requirements to technical/functional requirement and organize them into related categories.


• You will ensure documentation is created for every new project and knowledge transfers to Application maintenance outsourced provider.

Requirements:

• Experience as a System Owner for local systems: PixelProof, NIR, Chromatograph, Spectrophotometers, and other QC Labs software.


• Experience as a local coordinator for Global Systems: PAS-X, LV-LIMS, Empower, LabX.


• Ability to actively listen to and understand business requirements.


• Capability to provide the development team with technical requirements in line with business objectives.


• Experience in leading business meetings and workshops to gather requirements and reach agreements.


• Experience in designing and implementing business processes, adding value, and ensuring proper integration.


• Proactive collaboration with cross-functional work teams.


• Ability to maintain effective relationships with suppliers in the area of responsibility.
