A leading Online Casino Gaming Company is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Malta. If you are a customer-oriented professional who enjoys engaging with people and ensuring their online safety, this is your chance to join a fast-growing, innovative company!

Location: Qormi, Malta (Office) OR Remote from anywhere in Malta

Employment Type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

Responsibilities:

? Customer Support & Communication


  • Respond to customer inquiries via email on topics related to the online marketplace.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

  • Follow established communication procedures and policies.

  • Ensure inquiries are handled efficiently, while adhering to company guidelines.

? Decision-Making & Policy Compliance


  • Evaluate customer requests and make decisions based on defined policies and guidelines.

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Native/Fluent Norwegian (C1) and Good command of English.

Skills & Personality:



  • Flexible & adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly.


  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.


  • Conscientious, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.

  • Interest in marketplaces, shared economy, and new technology is a plus.

    Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or online business is an advantage.
