This critical role involves working closely with the sales and product teams to provide technical solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in photovoltaic inverters, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical training and support to distributors for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters.


• Assist the sales team in preparing and presenting tailored technical solutions to clients.


• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address technical inquiries and ensure product satisfaction.


• Stay informed about product developments and advancements to enhance training materials and client support.

Must-Have Qualifications

? Previous experience in the photovoltaic inverter industry, particularly in pre-sales or technical support.
? Proficiency in German for business-level communication.
? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
? A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Preferred Background

? Experience working with power inverter companies or other energy technology firms.
