In collaboration we are working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit a German-speaking Quality Analyst for their team in Budapest.

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conduct Transaction Quality Audits

  • Provide Feedbacks and suggestions for improvement (German and English language)

  • Publish Dashboards at defined intervals

  • Drive Quality and process improvement initiatives

  • Data Analysis – Strong Analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data (Error Analysis and Root Cause)

  • Analysis for process deviations, GAP Analysis & Controls

  • Provide data inputs to internal stakeholders

  • Stay flexible and available for ad-hoc business requirements

  • Ensure Confidentiality, Availability and Integrity of Data

  • Establish controls on transaction processing aiming for a Zero Defect Output

  • Report and Publish Transaction Quality Metrics

  • Provide coaching and feedback on QA findings

  • Adhere and record maintenance to QMS Requirements

  • Carry out Quality Initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Strong verbal communication skills in German language (C1)

  • B2 English skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center

  • Experience with QA

  • A college or vocational school graduate or comparable work experience


  • Excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills

  • Knowledge of usage of MS tools-Intermediate level

  • Good Knowledge of QA Audit and Evaluation function

  • Coaching and objection handling skills

  • Good understanding of QA calibration

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter

  • Understanding of Tools such as Kaizen, 5Sm, 7 QC tools would be an added advantage
