Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Location Scouting: Identify and secure potential sites for telecom antennas, negotiating lease agreements with landlords.

  Fieldwork: Conduct site visits to capture geospatial data, produce visual reports, and assess potential locations for installations.


• 
  Lease Negotiations: Manage discussions with landlords, achieving successful agreements that align with company goals and property owner interests.


• 
  Data Management: Maintain precise records using specialized software to track location details, agreements, and project progress.


• 
  Team Collaboration: Work closely with a talented international team in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

Requirements:

• 
  Language Skills: Native-level German (C1) and fluency in English.

  Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Germany for site evaluations and landlord meetings.

  Negotiation Expertise: Proven experience in negotiation or sales with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to custom software for data tracking.
