About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Storeman position to join our Purchasing Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
-Receipt of goods according to the correct specifications indicated in the purchase order.
-Entering purchase orders into the system.
-Placing orders for supplies and materials required for hotel operations.Handling merchandise returns.
-Orders preparation and transfers to the different departments.
-Control of warehouse stock as well as rotations.
-Maintaining the order and correct functioning of the warehouse.
-Inventory taking.

Qualification & Experience:
• Any purchasing control system’s experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in 5 star properties
• At least 1 year in similar Job in hotel Industry.

• Desirable: Multi lingual in English.
