Warehouse Manager - Tarragona

Multinational and fast-growing distributor of industrial equipment is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its facility in the Tarragona area.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods


• Coordinate the operations of another company's warehouse remotely


• Ensure product quality, timely shipping, and compliance with SLAs


• Maintain accurate stock-keeping and conduct regular inventory audits


• Manage communication with third-party logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor their performance


• Monitor logistics costs to maintain budgetary efficiency


• Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, and effectively distribute workload


• Actively participate in the transformation and optimization of warehouse operations


• Drive the implementation of company-wide logistics processes and IT technologies in the company's warehouse
