Triangle Solutions - Selectiva ETT, a leading multinational temporary work agency is recruiting candidates with costumer support experience or relevant studies for an important IT Service Centre company located in the capital of Tenerife, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Requirements
Good Level of Dutch and English (Spanish not required but an advantage)
Availability to work in Tenerife (Canary Islands – Spain)
Customer service experience
Accept rotating shift schedule
Advanced computer literacy
Functions
Customer Service and IT support in English
Problem resolution
IT troubleshooting
Computer or Software consultations
Tracking capabilities of all incoming problems
Problem escalation proceedures
Conditions
- Paid training program of three weeks
- 6 month contract with the possibility to continue
- Full time position 40 hours a week with rotating shifts
