FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

• Short and long-term capacity planning


• KPIs follow up: Inventory, Service level, Scrap and devaluation control


• Crisis management in case of escalations or material shortages


• Vendor standard control: Component control, RCCP, Forecast exchange, weekly calls


• Close cooperation with external and internal stakeholders as Program Managers, Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging and Purchasing to lead the New Product Introduction process


• Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Indefinite full time contract


• Weekly hours: 40


• Schedule: 9:00 to 17:00


• Annual salary: 35.000€

• Required formal education: Bachelor's Degree (Bologna) - Bachelor's Degree (Bologna) - Engineering


• Additional training: Min. Bachelor's Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain


• Experience time: 1-3 years


• Computer skills: Advanced Excel skills are required, SAP, APO SNP planning tool knowledge is an advantage


• Other specific requirements: 1-3 years of proven work experience in a Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be an advantage Strong analytical skills and good communication skills Problem-solving attitude and team orientation


• Most developed personal competencies: Teamwork and Cooperation, Planning and Organization, Initiative, Communication, Analytical Thinking


• Languages: English - Advanced, Spanish - Advanced
