BI Analyst (Motosharing)

At the XMOBA (part of SEAT Group) we are constantly looking for talented people willing to join our projects.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join in our team.

This position is responsible to design a data model using data collected in a centralized data warehouse or multiple databases throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage BI solutions thorough the cooperation with Platform department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data.
* Review and validate business data as it’s collected as well as perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
* Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data as well as create or discover new data procurement and processing programs.
* Review customer files to ensure the integrity of data collection and utilization.
* Analyze business processes and requirements.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
* Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations.
* Elaboration of daily dashboards ensuring transparency to the whole team.
* Identification of demand pools for motosharing business and proposal of fleet rebalancing.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics.
* English Advanced. Spanish Advanced. German knowledge (valuable).
* Digital skills: SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration. Knowledge in Technology such as C#, VSTO, SharePoint, SAS, Power BI, Tableau.
* Experience in digital services (mandatory).
