  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and learning events.

  • Schedule training sessions, book venues, and manage resources required for training delivery when applicable.

  • Allocate trainers' resources, resolve schedule conflicts and manage attendance, or re-scheduling.



  • Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Monitor LMS usage, track training completion, and generate reports on training metrics.

  • Provide technical support and training to employees on LMS usage and functionality.



  • Administrate the different tools and platforms used by the Talent Teams for your scope

  • Support employees requests

  • Support the Talent teams with data and reporting



  • Administer post-training evaluations and surveys to gather feedback from participants.

  • Analyze training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Make recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.



  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to training and development.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion certificates.

  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or compliance reviews.



- Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos

  • First experience in coordinating programs within a corporate or organizational setting.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

  • Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is required.
