Reporting to the CFO, your main responsibilities will be:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Drive the preparation of forecasts and financial plans;

Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts;

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Operational Control and Analysis:

Development and implementation of effective production and sales controlling processes;

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency;

Prepare detailed reports on production and sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Process & Data Management and Transparency:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy;

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various sources;

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into operational performance;

Stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements in data analysis and operational control.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with production, sales, management and the finance team to gather necessary data and insights;

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking someone with at least 8-10 years of experience with a degree in Business Administration/similar that come up with new solutions and ideas to solve challenges and to improve the status quo, build process maps, define and create reports to improve the organization, implement insight-driven financial reporting and KPI system and suggest improvements within other company areas. The performance criteria that we look are:

1. Transparency level throughout the whole company


2. Accuracy of data across the various IT systems (ERP, BI, own created tools)


3. Be able to build and understand the complete flow of data throughout the company


4. Setup of steering-relevant KPI-system


5. Deliver insights to improve the efficiency of the organization


6. Challenge the status quo throughout the organization to improve efficiency
