HR Director - FMCG company

Multinational Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company in an expansion phase located in the province of Barcelona, is looking for a professional to lead the Human Resources department with a 360º profile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities and policies in international expansion.


• Developing and preserving human capital aligned with company values.


• Development and management of a performance appraisal system that drives high performance within the company.


• Establishing strong relationships with group managers and developing the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.


• Labor relations, including relations and negotiations with unions / works councils (factories).


• Payroll management, compensation and benefits programs, and policies.


• Leading recruitment and selection in emerging international markets.


• Promoting a culture of high performance and integrity and responsibility compliance.

* Bachelor's degree in psychology and/or Labor Relations. Master's degree in HR is a plus.
* Demonstrated experience of minimum 7 years in HR leadership, preferably in an international and/or industrial environment.
* Experience in performance management, labor relations, and recruitment.
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
* Commitment to integrity and responsibility in all work activities.
* People and results-oriented profile, strategic, and with problem-solving abilities.
* Bilingual in Spanish, Advanced English.
