Multinational Company in the Pharmaceutical Sector.




  • Drive and support the HR Annual Wheel as well as the employee life cycle e.g. recruitment, development/training, termination, communication and leadership sparring.

  • Collaborate with line management and provide daily HR guidance.

  • Manage stakeholder relations by having thorough insight into the organization and the market conditions in the affiliate.

  • Analyse people-related trends and metrics in order to secure a proper workforce planning and HC follow up process.

  • Ensure compliance with local labour related regulations including dealing with disciplinary actions and processes related to employees based in the Country.

  • Lead the relationship with Workers' representatives in collaboration with the Corporate Labour Relations leader.

  • In collaboration with the Spanish HR Admin & Payroll team, support all related contractual and administrative tasks in a fully compliant manner.

  • In collaboration with the Corporate HR Team, conduct continuous efforts to integrate the affiliate into transversal HR initiatives and actively share best practices.

  • Act as sparring partner for the Managing Director and local management team in all HR matters including supporting and challenging organizational change readiness through participation in the local management team and through the Organizational Review process -with a focus on the identified development initiatives and action plans.

  • Excel selection processes to assess and attract the best talent.

Requisitos mínimos
  • 5 to 8 years' experience in the HR function with an evolving career most probably as HR Business Partner.

  • Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or similar. MBA or relevant master degree is a plus.

  • High proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.

  • A self-starter with high energy to drive results.

  • Quick learner with good general understanding of the business.

  • Structured and action oriented.

  • Can simplify complexity and solve problems.

  • Collaborative and team player.

  • Strong relationship-builder and emotionally intelligent.

  • Strong communicator.

  • Flexible and adapts easily to new situations.
