Mission
Eurofragance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Services and Project Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all internal IT projects, defining necessary resources, tasks, and timelines, and ensuring that all internal resources effectively complete the project. Additionally, the candidate will provide support to the IT Manager in managing their day-to-day activities and offer Level 3 support to the IT team.
The main mission of this job is to provide support to Eurofragance users, resolve technical incidents at the Facilities in Spain and support the subsidiaries, register them and carry out the correct follow-up until their resolution. In addition to the supervision and management of all the company's systems, infrastructure and security.
Functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee all internal IT projects, ensuring that established objectives are met.
- Resource Definition: Identify and define the necessary resources for each project, including personnel, technology, and budget.
- Task and Time Planning: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, assigning tasks and setting deadlines.
- Internal Resource Coordination: Manage and coordinate all internal resources, ensuring effective collaboration and task completion.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Support to IT Manager: Assist the IT Manager in managing their day-to-day activities, including coordinating meetings, tracking pending tasks, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Level 3 Support: Provide advanced Level 3 technical support to the IT team, resolving complex issues and ensuring operational continuity of systems.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Assembly, connection and configuration of new devices.
- Software installation and update.
- Support in telephony (Voip), configuration of printers and other devices.
- Security control of computer systems.
- Management of backup copies of current systems.
- Coordination and remote communication with the rest of the team and support in possible needs in other work centers of the company.
- User support – Help Desk.
- Registration and management of incidents.
