MISSION:

To ensure the optimal work of the HQ factory (Rubí) in terms of efficiency, equipment, Safety and Health, following the guidelines established at the AOP (Maintenance cost Center)

FUNCTIONS:

Participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance, schedule and actions. To propose plan and calendar. To keep the plan, actions and docs on database.

To schedule, to follow and overview the works contracted out to external companies

To follow the correct functioning and housekeeping state of the machinery key and implement actions to improve if required

New machinery: to assure the correct installation and starting of the machine, including the training also in terms of safety

Support to production in equipment troubles shooting and root cause failure to assure technical availability

Schedule and coordinate shutdowns to include preventive maintenance, major projects and facilities modifications

To propose improve in process (efficiency, safety, health)

Participate in meetings with production team and team leaders

Mission

Talent management area:

Brindar apoyo a los Project Managers y al departamento de Evaluación de Fragancias.

Funciones

• La función principal de la persona elegida será dar soporte al equipo de Development Project Managers: Fragrance Development Managers en Eurofragance.
• Apoyar al equipo de Project Managers, Fragrance Development Managers, en la preparación y testeo de fragancias que hayan sido previamente preparadas en el laboratorio: lavado de muestras de cabello, lavado de productos para el cuidado de tejidos, preparación de cabinas de evaluación con velas, otros productos para el hogar, etc. siguiendo los protocolos de evaluación definidos.
• Limpiar todo el material de evaluación, toallas, muestras de cabello, cabinas de evaluación, lavabos después de cada evaluación.

Mission:

You will be part of the Technical Perfumery department, providing administrative support and ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing and preparing samples, coordinating their shipment to subsidiaries, collaborating with areas such as Purchasing and Quality Control, maintaining contact with suppliers, creating an internal library with received presentations, and drafting internal documents and conducting necessary experimental tests. Functions:

• Analyze fragrances (by GCMS) in a variety of consumer products such as in Fine Fragrance, customer oils, Personal Care, Air Care and Household.
• Work on fragrance formula reconstitution.
• Lead individual analytical projects and exchange and discuss results with Perfumers.
