Funciones:

El objetivo principal del puesto es brindar apoyo a la limpieza y organización de los datos en el departamento de Análisis de fragancias. Detalles:?

• Obtener un conocimiento de la base de datos de Análisis de fragancias

• Identificar y corregir errores, inconsistencias y duplicaciones en los registros, etc.?

• Con la guía de nuestro Global Digital Fragrance Development y el equipo de Fragrance Analysts, garantizar la calidad de los datos de Análisis de Fragancias y proponer mejoras para optimizar su uso.

MISSION:

• The Mission of this position is to support the marketing team for the different strategic fragrance categories (Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care)

FUNCTIONS:

• Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories.

• Design data reports coming from the following sources: Euromonitor, Mintel and WGSN.

• Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for H&PC categories (Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care) on Canva.

• Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.

• Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Home & Personal Care; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.

• Publish relevant content in our internal social media (YAMMER), to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved: Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers

• Give general support to the Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentation when needed.

• Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Fine Fragrance; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the mood boards, pyramids and olfactive mapping for the presentations.

FUNCTIONS:

• You’ll have the opportunity to manage transport operations, coordinating shipments across Europe (road) and globally (sea/air).
• Prepare and manage key shipping documents (invoices, Certificates of Origin, COA, etc.) to ensure compliance with international regulations.

Mission:
Assist in managing and executing the raw material supply plan to ensure optimal service to our internal customers (mainly Planning, Production, and Quality Control).

Functions:

• Support the execution of purchase orders to suppliers to ensure stock availability at the production plant.

Mission

The role is positioned within Eurofragance’s R&D team, more specifically in the group focusing on the study and enhancement of fragrance performance. The mission is to generate useful knowledge for fragrance creation to design optimized fragrances with enhanced performance or secondary benefits such as mood modulation or malodor control. This objective will be achieved by understanding the relationship between the physic-chemical nature and composition of fragrances and the sensory, physiological and behavioral responses in consumers. In this mission, both physicochemical parameters and consumer responses need to be collected. The relationship between them will be studied by means of a data-analysis approach. A strong link with internal and external experts on artificial intelligence will be developed, along with a reflection and program development on the use of AI for technical projects in perfumery.

In these missions, collaborative work, also with colleagues in other departments such as perfumery, will be required.

Functions:

• Prepare samples, optionally run chemical reactions on them and later analyze using Gas Chromatography (training in-House).
