- Act as main point of contact for line managers for any Employee Relations related matter.
- Support employees to ensure good work environment.
- Anticipate, identify and solve of employee relations conflicts.
- Conduct investigations for ethics & compliance.
- Participate in collective agreements negotiation.
- Negotiating labour conflicts on behalf of the company and resolution of labor legal consultations.
- Provide support for different kinds of projects in cooperation with Operations, HR and Legal departments.
