Product Manager (m/f/d) - Returns Order Management

Your Tasks

• Conception and formulation of features and business processes in the context of After Sales & Supply Chain Management
• Continuous further development of your own product on a functional and technical level.
• Driving the product vision in line with the OKRs of the Value Stream
• Coordination with stakeholders and teams within and without the value stream, recording requirements, writing epics and stories
• Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
• Participation in the corresponding Scrum meetings

Your Profile

• Strong analytical thinking skills, solution orientation and high comprehension
• Initial experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner (3 years +)
• A certification as Scrum Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO etc.) and experience with OKR framework is a plus
• Process knowledge in one of the following areas: After Sales, Returns, Supply Chain Management
• Technical affinity, teamwork and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Good to very good knowledge of English, spoken and written and spoken

Technology Hub located in Barcelona, is one of the service units of MediaMarktSaturn Technology to deliver adequate staffing and engineering skills for the agreed deliveries of the global deployment plan for the entire group.

The team Returns Order Management is part of the value stream Deliver and closely working together with After Sales and Supply Chain Products. The product spans across three different systems, from customer and employee UIs to initiate after sales processes down to supply chain execution of after sales claims
