In Grupo Crit we are looking for a School Admissions Officer for our client, an important international school, to enhance and promote the brand new school to be opened shortly in Barcelona City Centre.
Responsibilities
* The School Admissions Officer will have strong focus and commercial drive to deliver the Customer Journey to prospective families and support the whole team with achieving assigned objectives.
* Key tasks will be, amongst others, process applications, follow-up conversations with prospective families, carry out networking activities to boost the achievement of new registrations, undertake assessment of qualifications and facilitate students’ selection to the Head of Departments.

* Strong focus on professional commercial relationships.
* Entrepreneurial profile to seek new opportunities, commercial agreements and potential partnerships.
* Vision and strategic analytical skills to identify trends and develop engagement to create a positive impact on prospect families.
* Ability to provide the necessary reporting of Admissions KPI’s and metrics.
* Self-motivated, with the skill to handle large amount of information and prioritising workload to successfully work under pressure with short deadlines.

Requisitos mínimos
Requirements
* Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or similar is desirable.
* Knowledge/experience: Meaningful working experience of 3 years in Admissions Departments or related fields, preferably in an educational environment.
* Previous command of SIMS (School Information System), MS Dynamics, Portal or any other Software related to record students’ data is desirable.
* Knowledge of Customer Systems, Data bases, CRM platforms at proficiency user level.
* Demonstrated experience using MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Excellent written and oral communication Skills in English, Spanish and Catalan. Fluency in additional languages are a plus (e.g. Russian or Chinese).
