Senior Designer Menswear (Fashion Brand)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialising in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are managing for one of our clients, Fashion Brand , the figure of Senior Designer Menswear in their offices in Barcelona.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and we have offices in Ámsterdam, Barcelona, Berlín, Braga, Londres, Madrid, Milán, París and Zúrich.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of the current needs of the styling department, namely:

• Preparation of technical sheets and technical descriptions of the fashion product;

• Manage a team of Junior / Designers.
• Preparation of the technical drawing, monitoring and evaluation of prototypes and samples of product;

• Daily articulation with suppliers to monitor the production process;
• Collection of information regarding trends in fashion products

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Design/Fashion)


• Fluency in Spanish & English


• Passionate career in fashion (5 years minimum) ideally in menswear


• Experience managing people


• Proven skills in sourcing execution strategies


• Ability to analyse problems and make decisions
