Strategic HR Support:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions to meet those objectives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business priorities, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Execute Talent Acquisition practices to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees and their integration into the company culture.
Performance Management:
- Support managers in implementing performance appraisal systems and continuous feedback processes.
- Validate goals, specially from the managers, to support Leaders in guarantying the properly connection to business goals and needs.
- Analyze performance data and collaborate on action plans to address gaps and recognize achievements.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning & Development teams to implement appropriate programs.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and career progression plans.
Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Promote an inclusive workplace by partnering with leadership to implement DEI initiatives.
- Act as a champion for diversity programs and activities.
HR Analytics:
- Leverage data to provide insights on workforce trends, attrition, and engagement.
- Prepare, together with HR operations team, and present HR reports and metrics to business leaders.

Requisitos mínimos
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a Plus)
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role for a Pharmaceutical company.
- Essential experience in the pharmaceutical sector,
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Must have own transportation.
