Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, focusing on plant performance, variances, and trends.


• Conduct thorough analyses of actual financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods.


• Develop and present detailed financial reports to plant management and region/corporate finance teams.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead the plant's budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.


• Ensure accurate financial projections based on operational metrics and market conditions.


• Identify risks and opportunities within forecasts and propose actionable insights.

Operational & Strategic Support:

• Support plant management in developing and monitoring operational roadmaps.


• Evaluate financial implications of business decisions and investment opportunities.


• Provide financial guidance and support for cost control, efficiency improvements, and profitability initiatives.

Investment Case Analysis:

• Develop and assess business cases for capital investments and strategic projects.


• Perform ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to guide decision-making.


• Monitor post-investment performance against expectations and report findings.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures within the plant.


• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance data accuracy.


• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.


• Take part to local/regional/global automation and efficiency projects

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance/controlling (Bachelor preferred).


• 3-5-year experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment, as plant controller / Industrial controller.


• Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting.


• High level of english


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Power Point) and SAP (R3 controlling or FI)


• Knowledge about Powe BI, Powe Query or Power Pivot.


• Understanding of basic IFRS


• Financial acument and strategic thinking


• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.


• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
