JUNIOR RESEARCHER ELECTRCAL INSULATION MATERIAS FOR SUPERCAPS

The incorporation of the selected person would be made to the Electrical Storage department of the research center.

The selected candidate is expected to perform the following tasks:

- Monitoring development of insulation material projects
- Modeling of modelling projects
- Dissemination of results
- Student supervision

The selected person is required to have:
- Dr. Chemical Eng / Dr. Chemistry / Dr. Industrial Eng. or similar / Dr. Physics or another equivalent

Valuable master's degree in:
- Master in electrochemistry or similar
- Master in Supercapacitors or similar

Professional experience:
- Projects in supercaps or development of insulation materials for supercapacitors or similar of minimum 1 year
- Participation in at least 1 European project (H2020, FP7, etc) or equivalent or equivalent private enterprise experience

Job requirements:

Specific techniques (analytics, software, calculations, prototyping, etc.):
- AAS, ICP, DRX, DMA, TGA, DSC, TMA, SEM

Participation and/or collaboration in R&D&I/business projects:
- Proven participation in 1 European project or equivalent.

Experience in a Research Center / companies:
- Yes. Minimum stay of 6 months (in total)

Languages
- Good oral and written skills in English

Cross-cutting competences:
- Teamwork
- Communication skills

Willingness to travel and stay abroad
- Yes

Publications: scientific articles (in journals indexed in Web of Science and/or Scopus), theses (PhD and/or master's degree), presentations at congresses, reports, technical reports, technical guides, etc.
- Minimum 5 articles published.
- Minimum participation in 2 congresses

To be evaluated (adds points to the final evaluation)
- Experience in regional projects / nationals/ Europeans or direct contracting
- Experience leading students grade/master projects or equivalent projects of students
- Being the first author of at least one scientific article
- Valuable knowledge of modeling electrochemical systems
- Other languages, excluding mother tongue, can be valued
- Valuable to have obtained scholarships/research contracts of competitive competition equivalent
- Time of stays in different centers of realization of the Doctoral Thesis
