MICROSUPERCAPACITOR JUNIOR RESEARCHER

The successful candidate will join the Electrical Storage department of the research centre.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:

- Monitoring microsupercaps projects
- Monitoring modelling projects
- Dissemination of results
- Student supervision

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Dr. Chemical Engineering /Dr. Chemical Sciences / Dr. Industrial Engineering or equivalent / Dr. Physics

Professional experience:
- Projects in development of microsupercapacitors or similar of minimum 1 year
- Participation in at least 1 European project (H2020, FP7, etc) or equivalent or equivalent private enterprise experience

Specific techniques (analytical, software, calculations, prototyping, etc.)
- AAS, ICP, XRD, DMA, TGA, DSC, TMA, SEM

Participation and/or collaboration in R&D&I/business projects:
- Minimum participation in 1 European projects or equivalent.

Experience in Research Centres / Companies:
- At least stays that together add up to at least 6 months.

Participation and/or collaboration in R&D&I/business projects:
- At least participation in 1 European projects or equivalent.

Languages:
- Good oral and written skills in English.

Transversal competences:
- Teamwork
- Communication skills

Availability to travel and stay abroad.

Publications: Scientific articles (in journals indexed in Web of Science and/or Scopus), theses (PhD and/or master's degree), presentations at conferences, reports, technical reports, technical guides, etc:
- Minimum 5 published articles
- Minimum participation in 2 congresses

To be evaluated (adds points to the final evaluation)
- Experience in regional projects / nationals/ Europeans or direct contracting
- Experience leading students grade/master projects or equivalent projects of students
- Being the first author of at least one scientific article
- Valuable knowledge of modeling electrochemical systems
- Other languages, excluding mother tongue, can be valued
- Valuable to have obtained scholarships/research contracts of competitive competition equivalent
- Time of stays in different centers of realization of the Doctoral Thesis
