‘OKU’ is derived from the Japanese spiritual and architectural concept meaning ‘inner space’. OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart.

OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

* Perform the night audit process, ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.
* Verify and balance all financial transactions, including guest folios, credit card payments, and cash transactions.
* Generate and distribute daily financial reports to relevant departments.
* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
* Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests during the night.
* Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and guest activities.
* Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
* Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
* Provide excellent customer service to night shift guests.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience as a Night Auditor, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
* Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
* Previous Pre-Opening experience is a plus.

Los espacios diseñados meticulosamente se conciben con el lujo descalzo, las conexiones locales y el slow living como principios fundamentales.

OKU Hotels tiene su sede en Londres, con propiedades operando actualmente en Ibiza y Kos, y una cartera confirmada de hoteles que se abrirán en Turquía, España y las Maldivas. OKU tiene como objetivo ser propietario y/o operar una colección de más de diez propiedades exclusivas en nuevos y cautivadores destinos de todo el mundo en los próximos cinco años.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

* Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones y equipos del hotel, incluyendo sistemas eléctricos, de fontanería, climatización, y otros.
* Realizar el proceso de auditoría nocturna, garantizando la conciliación precisa de las transacciones diarias.
* Verificar y equilibrar todas las transacciones financieras, incluyendo los folios de los huéspedes, los pagos con tarjeta de crédito y las transacciones en efectivo.
* Generar y distribuir informes financieros diarios a los departamentos pertinentes.
* Gestionar los registros de entrada y salida de los huéspedes durante el turno de noche.
* Responder a las consultas, peticiones y quejas de los huéspedes de forma rápida y profesional.
* Garantizar la seguridad del hotel y de sus huéspedes durante la noche.
* Mantener registros precisos de todas las transacciones financieras y las actividades de los huéspedes.
* Coordinar con otros departamentos del hotel para resolver cualquier discrepancia o problema.
* Preparar y distribuir informes diarios a la dirección.
* Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente a los huéspedes del turno de noche.


REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A

* Experiencia demostrada como Auditor Nocturno, preferiblemente en un entorno hotelero de 5 estrellas.
* Sólidos conocimientos de los principios contables y los procedimientos financieros.
* Dominio del software de gestión hotelera (PMS) y del paquete Microsoft Office.
* Excelente atención al detalle y precisión.
* Sólidas capacidades de organización y resolución de problemas.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
* Dominio del inglés esencial; se valoran los idiomas adicionales.
* Experiencia previa en Pre-Apertura es un plus.
