In collaboration we are searching for an Senior Account Strategist with German, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: hybrid (at least 1 day per week at the office or remote) or fully remote from anywhere in Republic of Ireland

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support pre-launch activities, including asset coordination, insertion order generation, and deal desk approvals

  • Collaborate with the AdOps team to gather assets, build campaigns, and deliver client-ready launch reports or screenshot decks

  • Track and report on campaign progress, providing updates and recommendations to meet performance goals

  • Optimize campaigns daily and weekly, analyzing data to generate actionable insights

  • Develop polished wrap reports and quarterly business reviews for advertisers

  • Provide direct support to clients via Zoom, email, and Slack, and cover Account Managers’ duties as needed

  • Lead client meetings, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for client and account manager needs.




REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven experience in direct sales, account management, and marketing

  • Strong grasp of performance and brand advertising metrics

  • Fluent in German with advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communication. Fluent in English

  • Expertise in Excel and/or Google Sheets with a focus on delivering actionable insights

  • Familiarity with insights platforms like Comscore and Brandwatch

  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards from multiple data sources

  • Knowledge of digital measurement solutions

  • Ability to build strong relationships with Sales partners

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

  • Detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset.
