Funciones:

  • Gestión de activos y propiedades: Responsabilidad completa de la gestión del Centro Comercial, incluyendo actividades de leasing, gestión de alquileres, mantenimiento y planificación de CAPEX, con el objetivo de maximizar la rentabilidad y el valor del activo.
  • Relación con partners estratégicos: Colaboración continua con partner del grupo, el partner en leasing y marketing, actuando como nexo entre las dos empresas.
  • Presentación de informes y reporting: Preparación y presentación de informes financieros y de rendimiento a bancos e inversores; reportes trimestrales sobre el progreso del plan de negocio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and coach a team of Lease Consultants, ensuring productivity and quality
  • Delegate tasks and foster a collaborative work environment
