Junior Business Finance Analyst

We are looking for Junior Business Analyst to join our Business Financial Services team in Palma. This team is responsible for the evaluation of our business needs, coordination of different projects and the implementation of financial solutions. Our future teammate would be in charge of evaluating business process, anticipating requirements and also implementing business solutions. The ideal candidate will be working very closely with IT and Finance Teams. If you enjoy working on the optimizing business processes and managing projects, we are waiting for you to join our team.

Role and responsibilities:

• Evaluating business financial processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and implementing solutions.


• Handle ongoing reviews of business and back-office processes and developing optimization strategies through the automation.


• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.


• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.


• Performing requirements analysis and write specification documents.


• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and stakeholders.


• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.


• Collaborate on projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.


• Updating, implementing, and maintaining application workflows of our financial/back-offices teams.


• Serving as a liaison between IT, project stakeholders and users.


• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Degree in Computer science/Business Administration or related field.


• Experience in a similar role would be a plus.


• Fluent written and spoken English, other languages would be a plus.


• Knowledge of Business Central and MS Navision would be a plus.


• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking as well as documentation skills.


• Very good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and related MS office products.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.
