Consolidated comprehensive law firm located in Palma de Mallorca and with a presence in the Balearic Islands, needs to add a Receptionist to its team.
Its main tasks and functions will be:
-Reception and attention to visitors.
-Direct relationship with clients offering solutions to their needs, referring them to the corresponding departments/persons in charge.
-Excellent email management and telephone service.
- Management of some administrative tasks and carrying out visits to the law school, notary, etc.
-Reception and distribution of correspondence.
It offers:
-Immediate incorporation.

-Hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Is required:
-Fluent level of English, both written and verbal, is essential
-Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
-Knowledge of office automation.
-Residence in Mallorca.

Requisitos mínimos
Required experience:
Two years experience performing similar functions
Required training:
CFGM Gestión Administrativa, Secretariado or similar
Required languages:
- Spanish: Native.
- English: Expert.
