The Project!
As a Facilities Administration Intern, you will support and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance, also refit work projects in stores, sis, offices and showrooms of the company.
What will the role entail?
- Support the preventive and reactive maintenance of all the company’s properties (stores, offices, corners – Corte Inglés – and showrooms) through GMAO system.
- Oversee and support all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and safety inspections.
- Support vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support project management for store closures and small refits.
- Support in development and implement facility management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to address facility-related needs and support business objectives.
