- Strategic Role
Multinational company specialised in the design and manufacture of cleaning robots for industry is seeking a Country Manager for their new office in Spain
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue growth in the region.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities, including emerging products, markets, and customer segments.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and distributors across the region.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer feedback to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop and deliver impactful product and sales training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share.

Requisitos mínimos
- Proven sales hunter with exceptional analytical skills to identify and capitalize on the right opportunities.
- Excellent communicator capable of forging productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effective project leader with the ability to coordinate diverse teams (Service & Deployment teams, etc.).
- Strategic sales leader who can drive sales development efforts to best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- In-depth understanding of the cleaning market, customer needs, and the general business climate in the region.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the cleaning equipment industry.
- Strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent presentation, commercial negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good industry knowledge in facility management and the cleaning industry.
- Existing network with key customers in the region.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential, and proficiency in English is required.
- Fast learner with an affinity for ever-evolving robotics technology.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
