Part of one of the world's largest restaurant company in over 140 countries. Our client has more than 350 restaurants across Spain and Portugal, and their plan is to continue growing. A Company that has increased the investment in proximity to the client and the digital products through the online channels.
Product Ownership
- Be key representative of the customer (market) to the development team with our eCommerce and kiosk provider.
- Co-creating the product roadmap, ensure alignment between technology, business and customer needs (from Franchisee and self-owned) alongside influencing the focus to a user-first, best in class digital experience.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, preparing and delivering client presentations and work products/prototypes, document complex business processes.
- Backlog management: create, refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure it reflects customer and stakeholder needs.
- Manage and coordinate development activities following a strict planning (sprint, releases), so that they deliver high quality products, on time, in scope and on budget.
- Submit, validate, and close defects. Investigate end user defects and communicate with end users to determine validity of issues.
- Undertake continuous review and management of 3rd party activities (3pl provider / payment provider / loyalty provider) to ensure processes and resources are in place to meet the market needs.
Optimization
- Identify where features or solutions from other markets can be adopted and facilitate their review and ultimate adoption.
- Work with Global, Regional and Market eCommerce/kiosk Marketing teams and partners on CRO tests and deliver execution of successful tests into production.
- Work with the global team, our markets and partners to identify new features or design which will drive increased adoption, conversation rates or new channels to drive digital sales. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Requisitos mínimos
- 5+ years of experience managing developers and digital products.
- Spanish and Fluent English.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers and working x-functionally with internal and external business owners, developers, data architects, and product development teams to ensure delivery of product.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferable in retail eCommerce.
- Experience in proactively identifying risks and driving action to mitigate and resolve issues, and implementing strategic product improvement such as loyalty, customer data platform implementation.
- Passionate self-motivator that thrives on results, problem solver, used to working within constraints, intellectually curious.
- Strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to both executives and business stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and analytic skills with significant experience in user-facing products.
- Ability to measure, analyze and troubleshoot multi-faceted systems across both infrastructure and application platforms for optimal performance.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, deliver high quality performance on multiple, simultaneous strategic, value-added tasks and priorities.
- Ability to draw conclusions from measured data and discuss with both technical and non-technical individuals to recommend actions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
- Expertise with latest software development methodologies and cutting-edge technology & architecture choices across e-commerce, restaurant tech & data.
