Role Overview:
* Drive profitable growth for Saica Natur by understanding customer needs and market trends to propose Unique Selling Proposals (USPs).
* Promote USPs effectively within Saica Natur and to external customers.
Sales Responsibilities:
* Support daily sales with appropriate promotional tools for USPs.
* Enhance sales team efficiency through regular market intelligence updates.
Innovation:
* Propose improvement actions for project sales and sustainable practices carried out by Saica Natur, supporting the sales team across regions.
* Participate as an executive member in meetings on innovations in success stories.
Sales Team Development:
* Train on marketing and communication modules to enhance sales team capabilities.
Marketing Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor behavior for tailored USPs.
* Coordinate market research for corporate projects across Saica Natur countries.
* Propose and lead the Saica Natur Communication Plan for internal and external customers.
* Liaise with internal departments to develop or optimize services to boost sales and margins.
* Prepare annual marketing and communication cost forecasts for the Commercial & Marketing Director.
* Stay updated on industrial market trends for optimized USPs.
* Develop clear promotional tools to highlight new products and services.
* Attend Commercial & Marketing meetings as an executive member when requested.
Requisitos mínimos
Minimum Requirements:
Academic Qualifications: University degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
Professional Experience: 5 years in a similar role within the industrial consumer goods sector (B2B), with expertise in project management and digitalization.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
