Italian Group, leader in manufacturing components for industrial automation, is currently looking for a Product Manager Junior (Heavy duty industrial connectors) to manage the Spanish market. The main target will be to engage the full responsibility of starting up and managing a new Representative Office in Spain, collecting market information and promoting the company's products to the main industries.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

• Market study: market shares of our products, definition of price positioning by brand and product category.


• Collection and report of all technical and commercial information about product evolution, needs of the users and activity of main competitors.


• Market development: definition and implementation of sales strategies shared with the group's commercial management and annual sales targets.


• Support activity to our local distributors mainly from technical point of view.


• and definition of the products strategy to enter the market disruptively.


• Selection and Participation to local exhibitions.


• Definition and implementation of communication campaigns about the product in collaboration with the marketing department.


• Preparation of monthly follow-up reports referring to the activity carried out and possible new business opportunities.


• Monthly preparation of analysis of the customer's purchasing trend by type of product.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering Degree.


• Technical experience as engineer in automation, control fields (or similar).


• Experience in offering technical products to industries.


• Some years of experience in a similar position.


• Advanced level of English.


• Availability to travel frequently


• Excellent negotiation skills at various levels.
