A renowned company in the retail secor is looking for a Payroll profile to join its team. If you want to be a part of a large company and develop your professional career, don´t hesitate to apply!

• Generation of court order documents from councils, social security, tax authority and communication to stores in Iberia.


• Deal communications from different organizations, (social security, tax agency, courts, etc.) in this case is necessary to identify the affected employees, make it known to the affected store and give the appropriate indications for their correct management.


• Coordinate cases and resolution of enquiries with stores and the payroll supplier.


• Distribute documents, reports and information to stores.


• Support the resolution of enquiries in stores in Iberia.


• Reconcile the Payments received from the mutual insurance company for accidents at work and illness and raise enquiries with the Payroll supplier on any differences.


• Identify the employees and manage if necessary, with the corresponding store the new payment of the returns received at the bank, whether they are returns of employee payroll or payments to the different agencies.


• Distribute and generate the information to complete the Surveys national statistical institutes for Spain and Portugal for stores and central office.

Long term contract

Salary 23.000€-27.000€

Offices in the center of Madrid

Two days working from home.

Monday to Friday from 9H to 18H

• Graduated in labor relations, business Administration or related studies.


• Desirable one year of experience in similar positions (working in payroll area)


• Excel user level knowledge


• Knowledge of English and Portuguese will be valued.
