Multinational in the advertising and communication sector

• Extract daily bank movements for analysis and reconciliation of assigned accounts.


• Daily reporting of incoming receipts


• Post outstanding items using Balance Sheet, PL or customer/supplier accounts as appropriate.


• Upload payments to banking platforms for approval of proxies


• Attending to the needs of assigned agencies (obtaining payment vouchers, documentation for audits...)


• Weekly preparation of Cash Report (closing position by bank account)


• Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, search and formulation to manage massive data)


• Previous experience in an international environment and working with Cash Pooling operations is an asset.


• The position requires a strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and rigour and knowledge of English would be an asset as it requires communication with Headquarter.
